From Palace to You:

Normally, the Monday 15% discount only applies to sales in the physical location, and not offered online. However, while our shop doors are closed, we will temporarily be offering our Monday 15% discount on the online shop. 

We have provided this discount for over 10 years (woah!) making it part of our shop history, and want to extend it as a thank you to our awesome customers who are supporting us through online sales.  

Until our doors open back up to our brick and mortar location, the discount will be automatically applied at check out.  This discount is only applicable to full-priced items.  

Our Monday discount will be applied to any orders placed on Monday between 12:00am PST and 11:59pm PST.

Do you accept returns? 

*Currently we are not accepting returns due to the current situation with the coronavirus.  Please check out our 'Shipping & Returns' page for more details!*

 

Is everything in your store also available on your website? 

We only offer a portion of our inventory on the website, and have more products available at our brick and mortar location in Portland, OR. We are constantly expanding our online inventory, so keep checking back to see what is newly available for online sales. 

If you recently made a visit to our shop and are interested in purchasing a product that you saw there, but it isn’t available online, please email us at support@palacestore.com We are happy to help track it down for you. 

Like many small businesses, we are operating on limited hours and staff due to the coronavirus.  It might take us an extra day or two to get back to these inquiries.  We are sorry for any inconveniences and appreciate your patience as we all try to navigate these changing times.  

 

 

I have an item in my cart, but when I go to check out it says it is unavailable, what is going on? 

Darn it! We hate it when that happens. Our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and is subject to availability. If an item was available when you put it in your cart, but is unavailable at check out, that's because someone at the shop purchased the item during the check-out process.

Do you sell handmade goods? Where are they from? 

We do sell handmade goods from a variety of independent makers and designers from our hometown in Portland, OR as well as across the U.S. We also work with a number of international artists.
